Guild message got updated this morning and I wanted to elaborate more on the details here where I have more space to type.
If you are interested in raiding I need you to send an ingame mail to Lucetia stating what toon (class) you want to raid on. Please list your primary toon you are intereted in raiding on. If you are flexible please list that after you mention what class. In the same message I would like for you to write down what spec you are along with what days of the week and times you are available.
Example:
Lucetia (paladin). I'm flexible in toons I can play and have a healer, melee, and ranged. Currently specced Prot (Main) / Ret and can raid Monday thru Saturday.
The sooner I can get all this information compiled the better. I need to know exactly what specs are missing so we can see what needs to be done to get these roles filled.
Now, you are probably wondering what criteria you should meet in order to help successfully raid. Everyone needs to be at least a 372 iLvL (also the level for Looking For Raid). No one should have any issues getting to this point with Justice Points offering 378 and the Hour of Twilight 5 mans offering 378. If you need help with gear ask in guild and see if we can't get some guild runs going. I ask that everyone pull at least 16k dps (with 5% buff), 20k (with 15% buff) dps. This is not too much to ask for as you should be able to push well above those numbers in 378. If you are struggling to hit these in your 5 man groups (Well of Eternity doesn't count for this due to inflated dps from buffs) then let me know and we can take a look at why and what can be done to help you out.
It is preferred that you research the fights beforehand. You can do this by watching a video, reading a guide, or even better using the Looking For Raid. If you use Looking For Raid you have a shot at gear, you can see the mechanics in action. I will warn you though the mechanics in Looking For Raid are toned down a lot from their 10m/25m encounters, but they will give you an idea of what you need to look for and when they will occur. Knowing these things will help you immensly when it comes to the content.
Once everyone gives me this information I am hoping we will be well on our way to getting into Dragon Soul as a guild and knocking down the bosses.

As many of you know we are currently in the process of attempting to get together a 10 man raiding team. Our goal is to have at least 1 10 man team that is able to raid 2 days a week. If possible, we would like to be able to also form eventually another group composed of alts and any member who isn't able to attend the first group. In order to do this we need to recruit people for a few more roles.
Our current and biggest need is one more stable tank and healer, more would be ideal so that we can have substitute in case on person can't make it. If we can get a few more than we can start a second team that would be able to go.
You can find more about it here at this post.
Also, please be sure to vote here at this poll so that we can get a good ideal on raid times that will be able to fit everyone's schedule the best we can.
